A company
is a special form of legal association, which has
special characteristic as a result of its incorporation.
The company law of Fiji is similar to that of United
Kingdom and other common law countries. The legislation
which is the primary source of company law and procedure
is largely introduced law modelled on that of the
United Kingdom.

We can then change the name, objects, directors
and shareholders of the company. We can set up trust
deeds for shareholders who wish to hold shares in
